Currently working as a New Development Site Administrator, Anna manages the setup and daily operations of condo sales offices, including preparing transaction paperwork, maintaining accurate files, and coordinating with developers. She also handles reporting and ensures the smooth flow of administrative tasks.
Previously, Anna has worked in various administrative roles, where she gained expertise in managing office operations, processing transactions, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. She is proficient in real estate and office software, including Quick Office, MLS, and BrokerBay, and is known for her strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
Dania Alam is an experienced Project Coordinator with over five years of expertise in real estate project management, research and development, and supervisory roles. Dania manages a variety of administrative tasks for builder clients, including preparing contracts, reviewing documents, and generating reports. She works closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution, coordinating team schedules and resolving issues efficiently. Dania's ability to communicate directly with clients and her attention to detail have been key to her success in this role.
Prior to joining Oracle Group, Dania worked in research and development at National Foods Limited in Pakistan, where she managed projects focused on sustainable packaging and product formulation. She played a key role in reducing polypropylene waste and developing new products, all while ensuring projects were completed within budget and on time. Dania also has hands-on experience in team management and customer service from her role as a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons in Toronto.
Dania holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Oxford College of Arts, Business, and Technology, and a Bachelor of Food Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology in Pakistan. She has also completed several professional certifications, including FINTRAC Training, Agile Fundamentals, and Health and Safety Awareness.

Eddie is an experienced finance executive with over twenty years of expertise in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Eddie holds Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant designations.
Currently working as a Financial Controller, Eddie manages all finance functions and provides management with insights for key decisions.
Prior to joining Oracle Group, Eddie worked as an Assistant Vice President and Controller Canadian Operations at Combined Insurance (A Chubb Company), where he oversees the finance operations and business partnering with senior leadership team to enhance decision making in business units throughout the company. Eddie was also an Audit Manager at Doane Grant Thornton providing assurance and taxation services in various industries such as real estate, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.
Jag Kaur is a dedicated and multilingual Pre-Construction Specialist with over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ben’s in-depth knowledge covers the full life cycle of a development: land sourcing, due diligence, acquisition, financing, budgeting, approvals, permits, and closing/occupancy, all underpinned by a deep understanding of real estate and development law. His expertise, built over the last 12 years, spans low-rise and high-rise projects across the GTA, from Toronto to Markham, Richmond Hill, to Mississauga and beyond.
Ben is the owner of Skybourne Developments Inc., a land development consulting firm. He is also the President and Chief Legal Officer of Living Properties Inc., a property management firm with roots in Southern Ontario.
Kelvin began his professional career in IT, working as a software engineer on multi-million dollar projects, eventually rising to the level of senior developer.
In 2008, he shifted focus and joined the family real estate business at Living Realty Inc., earning his realtor’s license and quickly becoming a rising star in the GTA’s Industrial, Commercial and Investments (IC&I) real estate scene. In 2016, Kelvin took the reins as Broker of Record at Living Realty Inc., overseeing 5 branches and 550+ agents.
